Student Internship Opportunity
The Judy Cheteyan Scholarship is again being offered for the summer of 2012 by the Society for Contemporary Craft (SCC). We request your help in informing your outstanding students of this special opportunity.
The Judy Cheteyan Scholarship provides an undergraduate or graduate art or arts administrator student with the opportunity to work in the field of contemporary craft assisting with exhibitions, education, and other special projects. The scholarship is used to pay a $3,000 stipend to the student during the summer intemship.
Please post a copy of the application accompanying this letter. You may rim off as many copies as you like of the enclosed flyer and application. The application may be downloaded from our website at www.contemporarycraft.org and is also available electronically by e-mailing a request to development@contemporarycraftorg; please put Cheteyan Scholarship in the subject line. SCC must receive all of the required materials by March 15, 2012. Applicants will be notified of the selection decision by March 30, 2012.
