Seeking design only for a religious mural to eventually be used in the sanctuary of our church. We are preparing to build a landmark American Gothic church on 25-acres in the Village of Hampshire. This $10,000,000 landmark building will be traditional in style and will include a 50’by 40’ wall in the sanctuary behind the altar upon which we envision a mural. The artist’s design is not limited to images alone, but may include three dimensional elements such as glass, metal, wood or a reredos of some kind. Award: $500 will be awarded to the top applicants (finalists). $5,000 will be awarded to the Selected Artist for his/her design.
